Abstract:
To provide paste for an electron emission element capable of making a number of electron emission materials protrude on an electron emission element without tearing down a structure of the electron emission element even if a pre-processing is carried out for making the electron emission materials on the surface of the electron emission element, as well as an electron emission element using the paste.
The paste for the electron emission element contains electron emission materials, inorganic particles, and organic fine particles, with a mean particle diameter of the organic fine particles of 0.01 to 0.5 m, and a content of the same of 0.1 to 20 wt.% to the paste for the electron emission element.
