Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a paste for screen printing which can improve the smoothness of the surface of a formed membrane, and the evenness of the particle distribution in the membrane.
CONSTITUTION: This paste is composed of 100 wt.pt. of the MgO minute powder whose specific surface area shown in the BET method is 8.7m2/g, 40 wt.pt. of a tetraethoxy silane partial hydrolysis condensate as a liquid binder, 5 wt.pt. of resin (ethyl cellulose, in this case), and a specific amount of solvent.
