Provided is an adhesive pharmaceutical preparation (patch) including a closed film packaging bag having a sheet member impregnated with, characterized in that the film packaging bag is so formed that (A) the packaging bag member is liquid-impermeable; (B) the packaging bag has a space not leaking a liquid from the sheet member, even when the packaging bag is pressed; (C) the packaging bag has a cut portion for forming an opening portion on the peeling paper side of the packaging bag; and (D) the packaging bag member has an adhesive label for wholly covering the cut portion.
