To provide a patch transfer medium which can easily transfer the patch onto a transfer object and which contains a hologram forming layer and a colored reflective patterned layer that enables authenticity judgement in simple manner in addition to abrasion resistance and solvent resistance protecting the surface of the medium even with many repeated uses.
The medium consists of (1) transparent base material, transfer material made up with hologram forming layer, a colored reflective patterned layer, a transparent reflection layer and an adhesive layer all on one surface of the transparent base material, and a support having a detachable resin layer on (2) the support base material, and the patch is made by performing half cut processing to this transfer material and the patch is layered detachably onto the detachable resin layer of this support.
