Abstract:
To provide a screw core with a male thread part exhibiting upgraded durability, a mold unit for injection molding equipped with the screw core, and a method of manufacturing a molded object using the mold unit for injection molding.
The screw core 100 protrudes in a cavity demarcated by a movable mold 200 and a fixed mold (300 and 400) and forms a female thread part 510 in a molded object 500. The screw core 100 has a male thread part 110 which is formed on the apex side and has the purpose of forming the female thread part 510, and a conical projecting surface 120 which is formed on the apex side and comes into contact with the fixed mold 400.
