Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify an end surface shape, to reduce a manufacturing cost, and to improve execution work efficiency by forming the recess part inside this partition wall by leaving the partition wall thin in the height direction for centering a position of a horizontal reinforcement of both side parts of a vertical groove arranged in the center of the horizontal directional end surface of a precast concrete footing beam member.
SOLUTION: A horizontal reinforcement 11 is embedded in parallel to the upper/ lower bottom surfaces of a rectangular parallelopiped-shaped precast concrete footing beam member 1 by separating by a prescribed covering thickness. The recess part is formed inside this partition wall by leaving a thin partition wall on the obverse and reverse sides of the footing beam member 1 in the height direction for centering a position of the horizontal reinforcement 11 of both side parts of a vertical groove 17 arranged in the vertical direction in the center of the horizontal directional end surface of the footing beam member 1. When connecting footing beam members 1, 1, joints 12, 13 are installed on both ends of the horizontal reinforcement 11, either partition wall of the footing beam members 1 is cut out along the cutout surface 20 to form an opening in the connecting part, a pin 14 is driven in the joints 12, 13 from this opening, and mortar is filled in connecting part clearance 25.
