Abstract:
To efficiently and uniformly peel off a coating deposited on a surface of a mother material of a material to be processed without imparting a damage to the mother material.
Cooled gas obtained by vaporizing liquid nitrogen is blown to a coating film layer 12 on a surface of a bumper 10, i.e., the material to be processed from a cooling nozzle 21 of a bumper surface cooling device 23 to quench the coating film layer 12 to a brittle temperature. Thereafter, a projecting material 24 is projected to the quenched brittle coating film layer 12 using a blast device 12. Thereby, the coating film layer 12 is peeled off from the mother material 11.
