To manufacture economically a mill vessel while holding the wear resistant property and strength performance thereof by composing the mill vessel of the interior trim part and exterior trim part made of a wear resistant material and providing the mill vessel with a cutter for crushing coffee beans.
A mill vessel 22 fitted removably in a percolator body 21 is composed of the interior trim part 22a of the mill vessel made of a resin excellent in wear resistance and the exterior trim part 22b of the mill vessel made of an economical resin. These interior trim part 22a and exterior trim part 22b are fixedly attached to each other by screws or the like. A mill cutter 25 to be rotated by a motor in the body 21 is fitted in the mill vessel 22. Coffee beans are ground up in a space between the mill cutter 25 and interior trim part 22a. This mill cutter 25 is shaped such that a gap between the mill cutter and the bottom surface of the mill vessel 22 is enlarged from the center part of the mill vessel 22 toward the outer periphery and lessened as it approached the outer periphery.
