Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out work to bore a content liquid extracting tiny hole in one end of a plastic cylindrical container like a hemoglobin inspecting excreta collecting container simultaneously to a large number of cylindrical containers in single operation.
CONSTITUTION: In a frame 1, a hole boring plate on which plural hole boring cylinders 14 facing to guide holes 24 are formed vertically, is arranged on a top plate 2 having plural guide holes 24 so as to be movable vertically freely, and the hole boring cylinders 14 are fitted around the end parts 23 of cylindrical bodies 22 to be bored arranged under the guide holes 24 by means of downward movement, and small holes are bored in the end parts 23 by means of hole boring needles inside of the hole boring cylinders 14. Thereby, since the small holes can be bored simultaneously in a large number of cylindrical bodies to be bored in single operation, efficiency can be improved and labour can be reduced in tiny hole boring work to cylindrical containers.
