Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance testing apparatus for a vapor movement controller in which air is used as a substance passing a film body, in which a change in the pressure of the air is fine adjusted while temperature and humidity are being measured, which evaluates the moisture permeability and the air permeability of the film body under a pressure condition or under a pressure change condition and by which a heat exchange efficiency can be measured precisely on the basis of its result.
SOLUTION: The performance testing apparatus is provided with a cup container 4 which is formed of a large-mass and fast-thermal-conduction-speed material and in which a specimen is attached to an opening on the surface in an airtight state, a pressure-change cylinder 6 in which a fine movable piston 61 is installed inside a cylinder 60, a communication passage 7 by which the cup container communicates with the inside of the cylinder, a temperature and humidity sensor 50 and pressure sensors 51, 52 by which the temperature and the humidity of the air inside the cup container and the pressure of the air are measured and a temperature sensor 53 which measures the temperature of water when the water is housed while it reaches the inside of the cylinder from the bottom part of the cup container in a state that an air layer 49 is generated in the upper part of the cup container.
