Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling soil improvement apparatus, capable of uniformly mixing raw material soil and soil conditioner at a suitable ratio regardless of a place of occurrence and the property of the soil.
SOLUTION: A soil improvement apparatus C is formed by an apron conveyer 1, a hopper 4 for the raw soil 3, which is provided above one end part of the apron conveyer, an equalizing device 6 for equalizing the quantity of raw soil carried on the conveyer, a raw soil metering device 7 disposed in the downstream of the equalizing device, a feeder B for the soil conditioner 9, which is disposed in the downstream of the metering device, a stirring paddle 14 for shredding mixing the raw soil and the soil conditioner on the conveyer, and a discharge port 17 for the mixed soil. In the apparatus, a signal of the quantity of raw soil detected by the metering device 7 is transmitted to the feeder of the soil conditioner to automatically set the supply quantity of the soil conditioner. The apparatus C is provided on a traveling truck A to constitute the traveling soil improvement apparatus.
