Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide leveling in load of maintenance work and also in device throughput, relating to scheduling of periodic maintenance for devices constituting a plant.
SOLUTION: A reference information 3 is inputted in advance from an input device 4 and stored in a disk, and processing information collection for devices is performed (11) with a processing information collecting device 7, and after throughput validation (12) for devices with a calculator 1, periodic maintenance schedule is prepared fro each day (13) so that work load time of maintenance workers and throughput of a device 6 are leveled, further, periodic maintenance time schedule is prepared (14), and it is displayed (15) on an output device 9 so that maintenance workers are instructed on maintenance work. Then, periodic maintenance result report is made (16) from the input device 4.
