Abstract:
To provide a permanent rod that does not allow any mark of a rubber band to remain on the hair.
The permanent rod 10 comprises a cylindrical body 2 and a plurality of rubber band anchoring sections 3 formed in each of the opposite ends of the body 2. An annular projection 11 having a diameter larger than that of the body 2 is formed near each of the ends of the body 2. The hair wound around the rod 10 is held in a space between a rubber band 7 and the body 2. The hair is not strongly bent by the rubber band 7, so that any mark of the rubber band 7 does not remain on the hair after perming.
