The permeable weed-killing pavement is formed by constructing the permeable weed-killing 1 on the ground and constructing the permeable pavement 2 on the permeable weed-killing sheet 1. The permeable pavement 2 is so constructed that a fluid permeable pavement material obtained by mixing aggregate 2a with a resin 2b is made to flow on the permeable weed-killing sheet 1 to solidify or that the aggregate 2a is constructed on the permeable weed-killing sheet 1 to solidify by spreading the liquid resin 2b from the top of the aggregate 2a.
