To provide a reinforcement mat for reinforcing an ALC panel and an ALC panel using the same capable of improving the mechanical bending strength of the panel and the bending characteristic of a panel in which shrinkage cracks are caused and the mechanical bending strength of the panel can be improved.

In a reinforcement mat for reinforcing ALC reinforcement constituted of main reinforcements arranged in the longitudinal direction of the panel and sub reinforcements arranged in the width direction to the main reinforcements, at least one or more sub reinforcements are welded slantly in a specified angle to the main reinforcements. The reinforce mat for reinforcing the ALC panel is embedded in layers to form the ALC panel. The sub reinforcements for reinforcing rods of the mats are arranged in mutually X-shaped or bracing-shaped manner.
