To rationalize medical examinations by combining a goggle type display having see-through function and a voice input system as an I/O system for a personal computer(PC) and connecting both the units to the PC by a cableless method.

The receiving part of an RGB signal wireless unit is connected to the input terminal of the goggle type display provided with the see-through function so as to wirelessly receive a display output from the PC and display the received data on the display. A PC inputting voice recognizing system capable of controlling the PC by voice or inputting data is built in the system. When a wireless microphone receiver is connected to the microphone input terminal of the PC, a voice signal to the PC can be wirelessly inputted to the PC.
