Title:
PETROLEUM HEAVY FRACTION CONVERSION PROCESS INCLUDING FLUIDIZED BED TYPE HYDROCONVERSION PROCESS AND HYDROTREATMENT PROCESS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11189777
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To convert the hydrocarbon feedstock to a little heavier product that can be used as a feedstock for catalytic cracking in a fluidized bed catalytic cracking unit comprising the conventional fluidized bed catalytic cracking unit and/or doubled regeneration system and the catalyst-cooling system at the regeneration level.

This conversion process of hydrocarbon fractions comprises (a) the step where the hydrocarbon feedstock is hydrotreated in the treatment section where the section is equipped with a gas-liquid-solid three phase reactor that contains a hydroconversion catalyst of a moving bed type that is supported on a carrier and functions by the upstream of the liquid and gas and the reactor is equipped with a means for draw out the catalyst on the outside of the reactor near its bottom and another means for supplying the catalyst near the top of the reactor, and (b) the step where at least a part of the exhaustion from the step (a) is sent to the hydrogen treatment section including a reactor containing a solid bed hydrotreatment catalyst on a carrier under the conditions that can obtain liquid exhaustion of reduced sulfur content and increased intermediate distillation fractions.
