PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use by a user unfamiliar to a machine operation and to enhance a power conservation by storing data of a using pattern at each time zone, learning an ON/OFF pattern of each time zone based on the data, and turning ON, OFF the operation.
SOLUTION: When an operation is turned ON, an evaporation type burner 1 is controlled by a controller 5 so that a temperature detected by a supply hot water temperature detector 9 becomes a temperature set by a temperature set means 10 to heat a supply hot water passing through a heat exchanger 2. A current supply learning means 12 has a 24-hour meter therein and stores whether an accumulated time of output hot water is 2 min or above or not at each one hour in the state of an ON operation as presence or absence data of using hot water supply. The operation ON state for controlling the burner 1 by the controller 5 to supply hot water and the operation OFF state for stopping the control of the burner to supply no hot water are executed by an ON/ OFF pattern learned by an operation switch 7, a learning operation switch 13 and the current supply learning means.
