Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for evaluating the winding of an extremely small gauge wire such as a bonding wire that is wound around a spool, especially for easily and accurately measuring and evaluating pressure being applied to the lower-layer part.
SOLUTION: The winding-evaluating device is provided with a plurality of split spools 1 where a cylindrical spool has been divided equally along the axial direction, a strain gauge 2 that is fixed to the reverse side of each split spool 1 while maintaining space 2a, and a trestle 3 for fixing each strain gauge 2, and the plurality of split spools 1 are mounted around the trestle 3 while leaving slits 1c, thus composing a cylindrical drum part 1a as a whole. Pressure being applied to the drum part 1a can be detected as the amount of displacement of the strain gauge 3, and the detection signal of the strain gauge 3 can be taken out even while the split spool 1 is rotating by a contact-type slip ring 6 or the like.
