Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical preparation including an enantiomer of mirtazapine, which is 1,2,3,4,10,14b-hexahydro-2-methyl-pyrazino[2,1-a]pyrido[2,3-c][2] benzazepine.
The pharmaceutical preparation includes a non-sublimating and solid salt of mirtazapine, in a form of salt of maleic acid, hydrobromic acid and fumaric acid, in order to separately use single S- and R-enantiomers for pharmaceutical compositions. The production method of the pharmaceutical preparation is also disclosed.
