Abstract:

To provide a pharmaceutical composition in the form of hydrogel comprising a carbonic acid ester, a 2-4C alkyl alcohol, an active substance and a polymer matrix.

The invention relates to the use of a carbonic acid ester as a transdermal permeation agent for an active substance in a pharmaceutical composition in the form of hydrogel, the composition comprising a polymer matrix and a 2-4C alkyl alcohol. The invention also relates to a perspiration-resistant composition in the form of hydrogel, comprising an acrylic polymer combined with a cellulose derivative.
