Abstract:
Anti-Parkinsonian pharmaceutical compositions comprise mazindol or an analogue thereof, of general formula I:- wherein n is 0 or 1, and R and R1, which may be the same or different, are each hydrogen, fluorine or chlorine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, together with at least one known anti-Parkinsonian agent, e.g. ergocryptines, ergolines, apomorphines or amantadine.
