Abstract:
To provide methods for treating agitation and/or aggression and/or related symptoms in subjects with dementia including dementia associated with Alzheimer's disease.SOLUTION: The disclosure relates to a method for treating agitation and/or aggression and/or related symptoms in a subject with dementia including dementia associated with Alzheimer's disease. The method comprises a step of administering a combination of a dextromethorphan compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and quinidine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to a subject in need thereof.
