Abstract:

To provide a phase change ink, etc., ejectable at a lowered temperature of ≤110°C to enable the reduction of cost and energy consumption.

The phase change ink composition contains a phase change ink carrier and a trans-1,2-cyclohexanebis[urea-urethane] compound or its mixture. The invention further provides a method for filling the phase change ink composition in an inkjet printer device, melting the ink and ejecting the droplets of the molten ink against a substrate in an image-forming pattern.
