Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I {A is NHCO, O, NHSO2, CH2, etc. ; W is 1-13C alkyl, phenylene, etc.; R1 is H, 1-4C alkyl, COOH, 4- to 7-membered monocyclic hetero-ring, etc.; A, W and R1 are bonded to form group shown by formula II, formula III, etc.; Y is ethylene or vinylene; D is Z-B [Z is 3-11C alkylene or 3-11C alkenylene; H is group shown by formula IV (R3 is H, halogen, 1-8C alkyl, etc.; n is 1-3] or group shown by formula V (R4 is 1-7C alkylene; R5 is 1-12C alkyl, phenethyl, etc.)} or a salt thereof.

EXAMPLE: 3-[1-[6-(4-Methoxyphenyl)hexa-5E-enyl]oxy-4-(5-oxo-5- morpholinopentanamido)benzen-2-yl]propionic acid.

USE: A leukotriene B4 antagonist.

PREPARATION: For example, a compound shown by formula VI is subjected to ester bond hydrolysis to give a corresponding compound shown by formula I.
