Abstract:

To provide a phosphorous-containing curable resin composition excellent in flame retardancy, electrical properties, and water absorption resistance; and a resin cured product thereof.

The phosphorous-containing curable resin composition includes: one or more kinds of diaryl phosphine oxide compounds having cyclic ether groups represented by formula (1); one or more kinds of epoxy compounds; one or more kinds of carboxylic acid anhydrides; and a curing accelerator. In formula (1): R¹-R¹¹ are each a specific substituent; p, q, r and s are each an integer of 0-4; X¹, X², Y¹ and Y² are each a single bond or a 1-12C alkylene group which may be substituted with an F atom; and Z¹ and Z² are each a 1-12C alkylene group which may be substituted with an F atom.
