Title:
PHOTO-SEMICONDUCTOR ELEMENT INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06334167
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent heat from being generated in an impedance matching resistor element or to eliminate an impedance matching resistor element by making the output impedance of a second driving signal adequately lower than the input impedance of a first driving signal.

CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit device 3 has the output impedance of a second driving signal which is adequately lower than the input impedance of a first driving signal. Thereby, this photo-semiconductor element integrated circuit device can be so made as to have an adequately lower characteristic impedance as compared to the conventional one. For that reason, the value of an impedance matching resistor element 8 can be made considerably smaller as compared to the case of the conventional photo-semiconductor element integrated circuit device at the same input impedance of a photo-semiconductor element 6. Therefore, when the photo-semiconductor integrated circuit device is operated, heat is generated either almost not or very slightly in the input impedance matching element.
