Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodetector structured so as to lessen a decrease in quantity of light of pixel on which light is made incident and so as to prevent multi-reflected light from being made incident on an adjacent pixel.SOLUTION: A photodetector comprises: a first pixel having a common electrode, a first active layer provided on the common electrode, a first electrode provided on the first active layer, and a first optical coupling structure provided on the first electrode; a second pixel having a second active layer provided separately from the first pixel, a second electrode provided on the second active layer, and a second optical coupling structure provided on the second electrode; and a groove provided in the common electrode, on the side where the first and second pixels are provided, but between the first and second pixels.
