Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of improving a total power generated amount within a limited period of time, even in such a condition that a peak wavelength having high intensity varies.SOLUTION: In a photoelectric conversion device 11 in which a lower electrode layer 2, and first semiconductor layer 3 and second semiconductor layer 4 that function as light absorbing layers are laminated on a main surface of a substrate 1 in this order, the second semiconductor layer 4 has a first region 11A and a second region 11B having mutually different peak wavelengths of a reflection spectrum obtained by vertical incidence of light in a wavelength region to be absorbed by the first semiconductor layer 3.
