Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element using a photoelectric conversion film capable of improving quantum efficiency.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element includes: two electrodes structuring an anode 11 and a cathode 14; and two photoelectric conversion layers 12 and 13 arranged between two electrodes. In the photoelectric conversion layers, a contaminant of an impurity density of 1e16/cm3 or more is doped to at least one electrode of the two electrodes. The present technique is applied for, for example, a solid-state imaging device, an electronic apparatus, and a solar battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
