To shorten binding hours of a testee as a customer by removing influence of outside light from a photographed image, providing a structure by which modulation of illumination light and control of photographic timing are easy and performing make-up simulation with satisfactory reproducibility even in environment where unsteady outside light exists.
The illumination light when an object is photographed is modulated so that it includes both states of bright and dark and a plurality of images are photographed at each of the bright and dark state of the illumination light. A fluctuation cycle of the outside light included in a plurality of the photographed images is calculated by analyzing the images and an image of which photographic conditions of the outside light becomes the same is selected among both of the bright and dark states of the illumination light based on a calculation result of the fluctuation cycle of the outside light. Difference between two selected images is taken.
