To provide a photographic film processor which securely cuts out a leader from a photographic film having been developed at a connection part in processing for cutting the leader from the photographic film having been developed.
The photographic film processor has a development processing section which processes the photographic film having been developed while the leader is connected to a head part, and a conveying mechanism which discharges the photographic film having been developed is equipped with a separating mechanism K which cuts the leader from the photographic film, the separating mechanism K being equipped with a detecting means 57 of detecting the connection part between the leader and photographic film, a cutter 56A for cutting the leader, and a power-ON/OFF means 59 of powering ON/OFF a cutter motor 56 according to whether the detecting means 57 detects the connection part.
