PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image photographing system which can obtain a modified image and an unmodified image when a user downloads the image on a terminal.SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus includes: means for photographing an image of a user; means for separating the photographed image into a background image portion and a main image portion; means for modifying the separated background image portion; means for determining ID with a terminal device; and means for transmitting image information to a server device that provides the image information with the terminal device by associating first image information which shows the separated main image portion and second image information which shows the modified background image portion with determined ID.
