Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the irregular film thickness of coating liquid applied to the outer surface of base substance for a photoreceptor while restraining the amount of the coating liquid to be used to be small by a liquid saving jig.
SOLUTION: In this photoreceptor coating device, the base substance 6 clamped by a clamping part 7 is moved downward (direction shown by an arrow D3) so as to be immersed in the coating liquid in a coating tank 1 and the base substance 6 after coating is moved upward and pulled up from the coating liquid in the tank 1 while using the liquid saving jig 5. Especially, a wire 141 in the vicinity of a wire connection part 81 is pulled downward by the downward movement of a movable member 8, air cylinder 15 is raised, and air in space 100 inside the base substance 6 is made to flow in a direction shown by an arrow D5 in an air tube 13 and discharged to an air chamber 16. Then, the air cylinder 15 is operated so that the air may flow in the air tube 13 in a reverse direction to the above direction by the upward movement of the base substance 6.
