Title:
STRUCTURAL MEMBER FOR REINFORCING PRODUCT MADE OF CURING STRUCTURAL MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3546009
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural member having a high strength against a corrosion at a low cost by reinforcing a structural material for curing such as cement.
SOLUTION: Longitudinal strands 12 each made of a fiber 11 of a first format such as a carbon fiber and a fiber 16 of a second format such as a glass fiber, and lateral strands 14 each made of the fiber 11 of the first format and the fiber 16 of the second format such as the glass fiber are disposed substantially perpendicularly to form a gird patternlike work 10. Since the openings of the patternlike state can pass curable structural material such s concrete or asphalt before curing, the work of the member can be disposed in the structural material before curing. Since the fiber of the first format has a sufficient strength for reinforcing the material after curing the material such as the concrete and has much higher resistivity against its deterioration in the material than that of the fiber of the second format, even after the fiber of the second format is corroded, the fiber of the first format continuously reinforces the material, and the member has a low cost as its merit.
