A photoreceptor 10 comprises a charge generation layer 12 and a charge transport layer 13 which are sequentially laminated on a conductive support 11. The charge transport layer 13 contains a copolymer having a structural unit represented by a general formula (1) and a structural unit represented by a general formula (2).
