Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive colored resin composition that can achieve both high transmittance and high sensitivity while achieving high color purity and achieve stable processability even at high illuminance exposure.SOLUTION: The present invention is a photosensitive colored resin composition containing at least 1) a coloring agent, 2) a photopolymerization initiator, 3) a radical polymerizable polyfunctional monomer, 4) an alkali-soluble resin, 5) a polyfunctional thiol compound and 6) an antioxidant and in which the antioxidant comprises a hindered phenolic antioxidant and the polyfunctional thiol compound comprises pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-mercaptobutyrate).SELECTED DRAWING: None
