Abstract:

To provide a photosensitive composition having excellent low shrinking property or excellent heat resistance and water absorptivity.

The photosensitive composition contains as essential components: (A) an oxide compound prepared by hydroformylating a terpene compound and reducing to obtain an alcohol compound, or by adding formaldehyde to a terpene compound to obtain an alcohol compound, and further epoxidizing the compound; and (B) a photo-cation polymerization initiator, or, the photosensitive composition contains as essential components: (A') an oxide compound prepared by allowing the hydroxyl moiety of the compound (A) to react with (meth)acrylic acids to esterify; and (B') a photo-cation polymerization initiator and/or a photo-radical polymerization initiator.
