Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a dielectric composition which is self-supporting at a green state by making a sheet which is self-supporting and enable to be developed in a dilue aq. soln.
CONSTITUTION: In the composition, consisting of a mixture of finely ground particles of an inorg. binder and the finely ground particles of a ceramic solid, an org. polymer binder, consisting of a photo setting monomer and an amine- containing org. polymer or copolymer, etc., dissolved in an org. solvent, and in which each copolymer is composed of a non-acidic monomer and an acidic monomer, and this copolymer, etc., is incorporated with at least 15wt.% acid content per total polymer weight, and a wt. average mol.wt. of the binder is within a range of 25000-500000 or more than that, and an average glass transition temp. of the binder is within the range of 50°-100°C is incorporated in the mixture. Moreover, the mixture is dispersed in an org. medium, containing a photoinitiator, and this composition enables developing in a dilute alkaline or acidic aq. soln. from an exposure of an active radioactive rays.
