Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce shrinkage force and temperature load at the time of curing by increasing light output in a starting stage and alternately outputting a high- output value and a low-output value in subsequent main curing time.
SOLUTION: The light output curve 12 of an output characteristic 10 is formed by electric power control. Namely, the light output is continuously increased in a start region 14 and this output is made higher or lower between the high-output value 18 and the low-output value 20 in the main curing time 16 succeeding thereto. The electric power during the main curing time 16 has not a sign curve like the substantially radiated light output but an inclination falling at least at an acute angle. As a result, an incandescent light of a light source cools more gently than a supply electric power fall. The quiescent time thereof is controlled by a control circuit. The two output characteristics of the curves 22 and 24 in addition to the curve 12 are imparted to this curve 12. The shrinkage force and temperature overload at the time of curing may be reduced by such constitution.
