PURPOSE: To obtain a circular printed matter arranged in a circular arc manner or in a radial manner smoothly under a situation in which special reguard to treatments of line top, line end, line feed, etc., is not required to be paid by a method wherein an almost fan shaped indication becoming an index for printing is formed on an indication means.
CONSTITUTION: On an operation panel KY, a start key is started by striking. Firstly, a center point O is set and a printing mode is specified. Besides, a first specified point A for determing a radius r of curvature of a circular arc R becoming an index for executing circular printing from the center point O is established. Then, an image is fixed, and its respective coordinate values are stored in specific addresses of a memory block. Successively, a second specified point B is set on the circular arc R by a required printing line length distance apart from the first specified point A, and its coordinate values are also stored in a specified memory block. Then, a center point 01 is determined at a required position on a monitor 24 in order to display target position on the monitor 24, and respective coordinate value data read in the memory blocks are read.
