Panel bodies 10 holding photovoltaic power generation panels 1 and frames 2 supporting the panel bodies 10 are provided on a roof surface 3 of a building. The frame 2 has a vertical rail member 20 for fixedly supporting a vertical frame 13 constituting vertical sides extending in the inclined direction of the roof surface 3 among edges of the panel body 10; the vertical rail members 20 are arranged at prescribed intervals and a plurality of panel bodies 10 are arranged in a longitudinal direction orthogonal to the inclined direction of the roof surface 3; and an air introduction port 80 which is opened between the panel body 10 and the roof surface 3 is provided along an eaves side end surface of the panel body 10.
