A photovoltaic power generator comprises: a panel body 10 formed by holding a photovoltaic power generation panel 1; and a frame 2 supporting the panel body 10. The frame 2 has a vertical rail member 20 for supporting and fixing a vertical side of the panel body 10. The vertical rail member 20 includes a bottom surface part 40 fastened to a roof surface 3 and a panel fixing part 44 for supporting and fixing the panel body 10. The bottom surface part 40 is formed with an attachment fixing part 43. A plurality of attachments 46 for a small piece-shaped cover is fixed to the panel fixing part 44 along a longitudinal direction. The upper part is formed with a cover fixing member 46b. A vertical rail cover 45 covering the above of the vertical rail member 20 is fixed to the cover fixing member 46b.
