PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation device capable of enhancing pressure resistance and to provide a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generation device includes: a metal substrate 15; an insulator layer 35 provided on the metal substrate 15; a power generation element 19 provided on the insulator layer 35; and a wiring 12, provided on the insulator layer 35, electrically connected to the power generation element 19.
