This system manages physical distribution of artificial flowers or natural flowers to be used for funerals and festivals, etc. The system comprises an input device for inputting order information from customers, customer information and shipment data of artificial flowers, etc. and a controller having an arithmetic means for selecting shipment data stored in a shipment point storage means corresponding to the input shipment data from the input device and selecting artificial flower data compatible to input artificial flower related data from an artificial flower related data storage means to output the data.
