PURPOSE: To secure an extremely wide range of the reply in which the switching is possible clearly between the transient state and the steady state by providing the switching mechanism which selects either transmission system in accordance with the reply velocity to the signal and the film running condition.

CONSTITUTION: The reproducer consists of the photoelectric converter, the signal processor, the phase reference signal generator, SP signal separator circuit 22, SP signal phase difference circuit 24, voltage control saw-tooth wave generator circuit 25, reset pulse generator circuit 26, and 1-frame reset control circuit 27 each. And circuit 24 comprises sample holding circuit 40; differential amplifier step 45 consisting of differential amplifier 46, variable resistance 47, capacitor 48 and resistance 49; reply control circuit 50; and control signal generator 60 each. While circuit 50 consists of FET51, resistance 52, buffer amplifier 56, capacitor 57 plus resistances 58 and 59. And generator 60 comprises differential amplifiers 61 and 63, OR gate 65 plus variable resistances 62 and 64 respectively.
