Title:
PIEZOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005302975
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a piezoelectric conversion element having extremely low possibility of inter-electrode short circuit due to adhesion of conductive adhesive across positive and negative electrodes in an arrangement for securing the piezoelectric conversion element to the land of a printed board through the conductive adhesive and supplying power thereto.

The first electrode 12 and the first electrode nonforming part 12a, and the second electrode 13 and the second electrode nonforming part 13a of a piezoelectric conversion element 10 wound around a tubular body are located at positions separated by about 180° from each other and point symmetric to the central axis of the tubular body. Even if conductive adhesive P1 applied to the first electrode 12 is spread to a wider area exceeding the central angle 120° of the first electrode 12 and applied in the angular range of the electrode nonforming part, short circuit with other electrode is prevented by the first and second electrode nonforming part 12a and 13a located over a range of 60° on the right and left of the first electrode 12. It is also true for the second electrode 13.
