Abstract:

To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece having superior vibration characteristics with the frequency reduced low, if the vibration piece is miniaturized, a piezoelectric device utilizing the same, and a portable telephone and an electronic apparatus utilizing the same.

The piezoelectric vibration piece has a base 20a to be fixed and a plurality of vibration arms 24, 26 extending in parallel from the base. The vibration arms 24, 26 have expanded portions 61, 62 wider than the vibration arms to be driven at the top ends, and the expanded portions have bottom-closed holes 64, 64 filled with a material having a greater specified weight than that of the piezoelectric material to provide weights 70, 70.
