Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric sensor switch with a simple structure and capable of making the sensor switch thin, and maintaining excellent detection accuracy over a long term.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric sensor switch includes: a piezoelectric sheet; a grand electrode integrally laminated on a first surface of the piezoelectric sheet; and a signal electrode sheet integrally laminated on a second surface of the piezoelectric sheet. The signal electrode sheet includes an electric insulation sheet, and a plurality of signal electrodes integrally laminated on a surface opposite to the piezoelectric sheet in the electric insulation sheet so as to be electrically independent to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
