To provide a piezoelectric type generator that is small in size and thin in thickness and efficiently generates power with low cost, and further to provide a manufacturing method thereof and a sensor node.
A piezoelectric type generator 1 comprises: a base body 20; a piezoelectric converting section 24 that is disposed on the base body 20 and converts energy due to vibration to electrical energy; and a first weight 40 disposed on the piezoelectric converting section 24. The piezoelectric converting section 24 includes: a supporting section 30 fixed to the base body 20; and a vibrating section 32 spaced apart from the base body 20 of which one end 32a is connected to the supporting section 30 and other end 32b is made a free end so as to vibrate due to the vibration applied from an outside. A distance between the other end 32b of the vibrating section 32 and the base body 20 is greater than a distance between the one end 32a of the vibrating section 32 and the base body 20.
